After registration our star guest who will inform you of the rules of each exercises. E.g.:
- when doing bench press make sure the bar touchs your chest
- when dead-lifting the weights have to touch the floor
- etc.
Belts, gloves, and magnesia are allowed
Your clothes should be comfortable, so as not to disturb you while doing the exercises in a normal manner. Doing the exercises irregularly will incur penalization. If we can see anything irregular we will warn the competitor. Three warnings means disqualification. When we warn you, we automatically deduct the irregular reps from your performance.
It also means disqualification if you cannot do the minimal number of reps (6). If you do more than the maximal rep. number (12) please note that we will only take into consideration the first 12.
To ensure each competitor has an appropriate resting time we will group you in groups with a minimum three of persons. Group size depends on how many competitors we will have altogether. You will have a resting time until the rest of your group completes the exercise. In case of a 3-4 person group you may ask for more resting time (this is not possible if your group contains 5-6 people), altogether you will have 2 hours to complete all the exercises. After 2 hours the competition ends. If you haven’t finished your exercises, we will calculate your score with the performance up until that time.
This we leave to each individual, you always have the possibility when it is not your turn. The Brutal Nutrition team will provide muesli bars and energy drinks during the competition so you will have enough energy for the competition.
After divided the groups we decide which group starts and with which exercise. You may warm up with 2 series in order to reach the weight you want to compete with. The warm up is optional.
When it’s your turn, you indicate your chosen weight to the controller and then do your exercise. As you finished your first set, the next competitor will come, tell the weight to the controller and start. When the group is finished, the next set will starting.
You can modify the weight and reps according to your strength and motivation.
At the end of 3 sets the next exercise begins. It is not possible to choose which exercise you would like to do next. You have to do the exercise of the group which ends the earliest. Time is ticking away and you have to finish in 2 hours!

This performance is enough for the bronze level. After the competition and before the seminar there is half an hour for resting, eating, recovery and bathing.
While we calculate the results and prepare to give the prizes, our star guest will present a seminar. We invite a famous sportsman to each station who will gladly answer your questions regarding training, eating, carrier path, his/her results, competititons etc.
Beside organizing the competition Brutal Nutrition will have a stand at each station of the Brutal Challenge.
